players:
All players who have
retired by the end of the previous calendar year are eligible for
election, which will take place each November.
Voting rules:
Each GM may
allocate up to 10 votes to each candidate. Players who receive at
least 75 percent of the total number of possible votes will be elected
to the Hall of Fame. |
